1. Preheat your iron to 305–310°F (150–155°C).

2. Place your garment on a flat, heat-safe surface and position the design.

3. Cover the design with a Teflon sheet or thin cloth, then press firmly with the heated iron for 10–12 seconds.

4. While the design is still warm, slowly peel away the transfer tape.

5. Let cool and enjoy your freshly applied design!
